Farm Animal Protection

The NSPCA Inspectors carry out inspections at all farm animal facilities.

The NSPCA Wildlife Protection Unit’s duties include inspections of all facilities which have wildlife, both indigenous and exotic.

A unit that provides vital training to staff to prevent cruelty to animals and to work with communities to protect them.

The NSPCA Animal Ethics Unit are custodians of animals used for scientific and teaching purposes.

The NSPCA is committed to improving the lives of working donkeys and mules in communities.

We promote responsible animal ownership across South Africa and through our Community Outreach projects.
