This Wills Week, Leave More Than Things.

  • A pair of slippers neatly placed beside the dresser.
  • An empty cup left in front of the TV.
  • A bed unmade as the morning rushed on.
  • Laundry piled high, washing half-ironed.

These are the signs of a life fully lived, one brimming with movement and routine. Yet they also feel like a sudden interruption, perhaps an ending, a reminder of the things we wished there’d been time to finish.

But what if your story could continue through the values that defined you, like care, compassion, love, duty, and altruism?

Why a Will Matters

A Will is more than a legal document. It is:

  • A record of your wishes – ensuring your assets are managed and distributed as you intend.
  • A way to provide for loved ones – protecting family, dependants, and causes close to your heart.
  • A continuation of your values – leaving behind not just possessions, but hope and positive change.

By including the NSPCA in your Will, your legacy becomes a living one:

  • Protecting animals from cruelty.
  • Alleviating suffering.
  • Creating a kinder, more compassionate future.
This year, National Wills Week runs from 15 – 19 September 2025.

During this annual campaign:

  • Many participating legal firms will draft Wills free of charge.
  • You can take the opportunity to reflect on your future, put your wishes in writing, and safeguard your legacy.
  • If you choose, you can include a gift to the NSPCA to ensure that animals in need will always have someone fighting for them.

By leaving a gift in your Will to the NSPCA, your legacy can continue to make a difference by giving animals safety, care, and a future, even when you no longer can.

Pledge to add the NSPCA to your will

Thank you for considering leaving a gift to the NSPCA in your Will.

By making your pledge, you give us the opportunity to thank you personally, support you along the way, and help ensure that your legacy of compassion continues to bring hope.
