By replicating the natural dog-appeasing pheromone produced by a nursing mother, the spot-on creates feelings of safety and reassurance, making it especially valuable when bringing home a new dog or during stressful experiences such as travel, kenneling, thunderstorms, fireworks, or exposure to unfamiliar environments.
