While the document presents itself as a visionary roadmap, the National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA) has conducted a detailed review to assess its feasibility within the realities of animal protection enforcement in our country.
The NSPCA is the only statutory body in South Africa dedicated to enforcing animal protection legislation.
